My name is Melissa DePue and I’m the owner of Fancy Vanilla Bean. My company started in October 2023. As a resident of Grants Pass, Oregon I started extracting vanilla beans in 2021. I enjoy baking and making things from scratch and vanilla has been no exception! I continue learning more about vanilla beans by purchasing them from all over the world and learning the differences. It is my passion to share the incredible flavors of these beans with my community!
My goal is to offer you incredible products from real vanilla beans. My products do not contain any glycerine which is found in the pure vanilla extracts and pastes in stores. The extracts and pastes that I make come from extracting with alcohol spirits over a long period of time!
